Instead of installing a dedicated operator panel at every site, operators connect directly to the PLC from a mobile device through the Guard Industrial Gateway. The interface is automatically generated from the PLC application, reducing engineering effort while ensuring that changes are reflected automatically.
For smaller facilities such as pumping stations and other distributed infrastructure, this provides a simpler and more cost-effective way to operate local equipment.
Designed for operational reality
Guard Mobile HMI is built for engineers and operators working in the field.
Instead of entering noisy or confined environments to access a local operator panel, authorised personnel can monitor and operate the installation directly from a mobile phone or tablet over the station's local Wi-Fi network.
Because the solution operates locally, it remains available even if the external network or SCADA connection is unavailable. As long as power is available at the facility, operators can securely access and operate the PLC.
