Zones provides continuous insight into which parts of the sewer network contribute most to infiltration and inflow — helping utilities understand where investigations and measures should be prioritised.
Using existing operational data from pump stations and available flow measurements, Zones estimates infiltration and inflow at individual measurement points and connects the results to automatically generated catchment areas.

Zones analyses measurement points and the relationships between pump stations to identify where the greatest contributions originate. This narrows a network-wide challenge into defined areas where further investigation can be focused.

Working with the data already there
Not every sewer network has extensive flow instrumentation.
Zones is designed around the data that is available. Where direct flow measurements are missing, pump energy consumption can be used as an expression of hydraulic load.
Combined with external factors such as precipitation, temperature, snowmelt, groundwater and sea level, this creates new insight into how different parts of the network respond to changing conditions — without requiring extensive new instrumentation.
